Ingredients

  • 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Optional Toppings

  • Honey or Cal & Gary's Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
  • Crushed nuts (pistachios or pecans)
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Fresh mint leaves

How to make it

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high
  2. Brush the cut side of each peach half with olive oil or melted butter
  3. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until the fruit begins to soften slightly.
  4. Flip and grill the skin side for another 2-3 minutes if you prefer them softer.
  5. Remove from grill, serve warm. Top with optional toppings and enjoy!
