Grilled Peaches
Ingredients
- 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
Optional Toppings
- Honey or Cal & Gary's Maple Syrup
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
- Crushed nuts (pistachios or pecans)
- Balsamic Glaze
- Fresh mint leaves
How to make it
- Preheat the grill to medium-high
- Brush the cut side of each peach half with olive oil or melted butter
- Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until the fruit begins to soften slightly.
- Flip and grill the skin side for another 2-3 minutes if you prefer them softer.
- Remove from grill, serve warm. Top with optional toppings and enjoy!
