1 package Cal & Gary's Orecchiette Pasta
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup of milk
1 tsp Founders & Farmers garlic powder
1 tsp Founders & Farmers Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp cornstarch
Fresh cracked pepper
1 cup Founders & Farmers frozen peas
1 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1-2 cups reserved pasta water, as needed
How to make it
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, in a blender combine the cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan, corn-starch and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Pour the sauce mixture into a heavy bottom pot over medium heat. Stir until it begins to thicken, about 6-7 mins.
Stir in the chicken, bacon and peas. Add some pasta water to thin everything out to a smooth sauce consistency.
When the pasta is done cooking, strain it out and add it to the sauce, stir to combine.
Serve and enjoy!
