  • 4 Cal & Gary's Brown Rice Mozzarella Burgers
  • 1 container of baba ghanoush
  • 2 tbsp Cal & Gary's oil
  • 1 tsp Cal & Gary's garlic powder
  • 2 Founders & Farmers vine ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 container alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Cal & Gary's Olive Oil
  • 1 block feta
  • salt & pepper

How to make it

Directions
  1. Heat oil and garlic powder in non-stick pan and cook burgers according to package instructions. Let cool and cut into 4 equal strips. Set aside to build your souvlaki.
  2. While your burgers are cooking slice your feta into ½ inch squares, then slice your tomatoes and cucumbers (peel if desired) and set aside to build souvlaki.
  3. Warm your pita in the microwave for 15 seconds.
  4. To build pita spread 1 tbsp of baba ghanoush evenly over pita, then place your strips of Brown Rice and Mozzarella Burger in the middle. Add your slices of feta, tomatoes and cucumbers, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and roll sandwich in parchment paper. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
