  • 4 Cal & Gary's Veggie Brown rice and mozzarella burgers
  • 4 Cal & Gary's brioche buns
  • 4 thick slices Paradise Hill Farms beef steak tomatoes
  • 4 leaves Founders & Farmers butter lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Cal & Gary's BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Cal & Gary's guacamole
  • 8 slices Lighthouse plant-based bacon
  • 1 pack BBQ Mixed Veggie Griller
  • 1 tbsp Cal & gary's butter
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

How to make it

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Cook veggie burgers on the grill according to package instructions. Once cooked, brush both sides of burgers with BBQ sauce and allow to cook for two more minutes a side until nicely glazed.
  3. Cook plant-based bacon according to package instructions.
  4. Cook veggie BBQ Mixed Veggie Griller on grill over medium heat with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp old bay seasoning until vegetable are tender and cooked through.
  5. Toast burger buns for 1 minute a side.
  6. To assemble place a healthy portion of guacamole on the bottom bun, then add some sliced red cabbage. Top with veggie burger, tomato, lettuce and bun lid. Serve with grilled veggies.
