  • 4 Bone in skin on chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Cal & Gary's Bourbon & Maple BBQ Sauce
  • 1lb Founders & Farmers little potatoes
  • 3 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cal & Gary's butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 each shallot, minced
  • salt and pepper

How to make it

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Place the potatoes in cold water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In another pot, on low heat, melt the butter and add the green onions, parsley, garlic and shallots.
  4. When the potatoes are cooked, add them to the butter and put them in a warm place for the flavours to come together. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl toss chicken with ¼ cup of the BBQ sauce.
  6. Place chicken onto the grill and let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes. Start glazing the chicken with the BBQ sauce so it starts to caramelize. Cook the chicken for a total of 12-15 minutes until it reaches 165F.
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and enjoy with the buttery potatoes!
