Preheat grill to high heat
Bring your steak to room temperature for more even cooking by letting it rest out of the fridge for ten minutes. Coat steak in olive oil. Season steak generously with Cajun seasoning.
Cook steak on the grill for about 4 minutes a side until medium rare and lightly charred. Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper and cook on grill for 2 minutes a side. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Mix into mango salsa.
To serve, thinly slice your steak and place a line of shrimp and mango salsa over top of steak.
