  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

How to make it

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Add lamb kebobs and marinades into an air tight containers and marinate in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
