The existing North Hill Location is one of Calgary Co-op’s first locations and the highly anticipated new food store will also feature:

  • A car wash, Cannabis and WSB Stores
  • Connect First Credit Union
  • 180 Residential units above
  • Heated underground parking
  • In total, there will be 55,000 square feet of retail.

Cochrane

Projected opening: Summer 2025

Calgary Co-op in Greystone is the first Calgary Co-op in the fast-growing town of Cochrane. This exciting new venture will provide convinces for the new community.

  • Just north of the Recreation Centre, this site will host a 41,275 SF food store, ~31,000 SF of CRU, 5-pump service station, car wash, propane island and 1,900 SF C-store.
