Connecting with a Calgary Co-op pharmacist has never been easier or more convenient.  You can now book an appointment on line for many of our services and meet with a pharmacist virtually or on the telephone from the comfort and safety of your home.

3) Respond to our text with refill (space) and your RX# if you want to pick it up at the pharmacy, refillc (space) and your RX# for curbside pick at the store or refilld (space) and your RX# if you would like delivery*.

You will receive a confirmation text that your prescription order has been received and instructions on next steps.

You will not receive recurring text messages from us; only those that pertain to your request for prescription refill.

*Free Prescription Delivery within the city limits of Calgary, Strathmore, Airdrie and High River. Delivery charges apply for areas outside these city limits. Ask us for more details.

You can also call and speak with a pharmacist at your store location to renew your prescription.

Calgary Co-op has made accessing your prescription medications is now safer and more convenient.

Curbside Pick-Up Service

Calgary Co-op is pleased to now offer contactless curbside pick-up for your prescriptions. Whether it is a new prescription, or a recurring prescription you can pick it up at your convenience, curbside.

Curbside IconThis service can be arranged when order your prescription either in person or over the phone. If you are using our new text refill service text “refillc” for curbside pick-up.

When you arrive at your selected store look for the designated parking spots and call us at the number on the sign. We will deliver your prescription to you and either leave it in your open trunk or place it on near the windshield of your car. 

Please wait until our staff member is 2 meters away, retrieve your prescription and then you can be on your way!


Delivery

Delivery Icon2This service can be arranged when ordering your prescription either in person or over the phone. If you are using our new  text refill service text  text "refilld" and we will call you to make arrangements for free delivery*.

* We offer free prescription delivery within the city limits of Calgary, Strathmore, Airdrie and High River.  Delivery for a fee is available outside these areas. Ask us for details.
