Attributes: I have a diversity of senior management experience in organizations of varying size, business sector and culture where my skills have helped them achieve their strategic goals. I establish structures and process to support leaders and teams in maximizing their performance. I apply objective analysis and bring fresh perspectives to uncover ideas and roadblocks in order to both challenge and assist the organization to “do better”.
I have an entrepreneurial background and understand being nimble and responsive to customers and the marketplace is critical for success. This needs to be balanced with appropriate oversight and a well-articulated strategic plan that moves Calgary Co-op steadily in the right direction for long-term sustainable success.
Why serve: I have a passion for local business and I want Calgary Co-op to thrive in the fast-changing and ultra-competitive retail marketplace. I have a depth and diversity of skills and experience to make a meaningful contribution to Calgary Co-op’s success over the short and long-term.
