Special attributes: As an experienced director and senior executive, I bring a strong background in governance, finance, and enterprise risk management across corporate, nonprofit, and civic organizations. I have served on multiple boards including the Calgary Real Estate Board, YMCA Calgary, the Calgary Police Commission and Parkinson Association of Alberta, contributing to sound governance, transparency and strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and community investment. I hold governance training through the Institute of Corporate Directors, complemented by experience in human resources oversight and financial stewardship. With a disciplined, collaborative approach, I bring the integrity, judgment and leadership required to support Calgary Co-op’s continued success as a trusted, values-driven member-owned organization.
Why serve: I wish to serve on the Calgary Co-op Board to contribute my governance and strategic experience toward advancing the organization’s mission, member value, and community impact.
