  • 4 Only Alberta Beef lean ground chuck beef burger patties
  • Founders & Farmers canola oil, for cooking
  • salt
  • 4 slices of Founders & Farmers Cheese
  • 4 Cal & Gary's brioche burger buns
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp Cal & Gary's Dijon mustard
  • lettuce, tomatoes, pickles or your choice of garnishes

How to make it

  1. Set a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add a drizzle of oil and cook patties, sprinkling with salt, for 8-10 minutes, or until just cooked through
  3. Top with cheese and cover with a lid or piece of foil for another minute to allow the cheese to melt
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make a special sauce, and spread on the cut side of the buns,
  5. Slide the patties onto split buns, and top with your choice of garnishes.
