Each year Calgary Co-op holds a gathering of shareholders, or in the case of our co-operative, our Member-owners. The Annual General Meeting or AGM is a forum where important information is presented about the company's past performance and future strategy. At Calgary Co-op we believe our AGM is important for transparency as well as management and Board accountability.

The Board of Directors present the co-operative’s financial performance and Member-Owners may vote on issues.
