Every year in the spring our co-operative's members gather to review the past year's performance, get the results of the director election and attend to any special business requiring member approval.
Due to overwhelming interest in our 2026 AGM, we have reached the venue’s room capacity and as a result, must restrict the meeting to voting-eligible members only. A member is eligible to vote at the Calgary Co-op Annual Meeting if they have purchased a one-dollar Calgary Co-op membership in the fiscal year ended November 1, 2025. Thank you for your understanding.

Pursuant to the Cooperatives Act and Calgary Co-op’s Bylaws, Member-Owners are entitled to submit notices of proposals to be considered at the Annual Meeting of Member-Owners. To submit a proposal, Member-Owners should complete this form and deliver it to Calgary Co-op no later than 4:30 p.m., April 8, 2026.
