The Rotary Club of Calgary Heritage Park is hosting the Second Chance Art Sale, a fundraising initiative that gives donated art a new life while supporting impactful projects in Calgary and beyond.
Calgarians are invited to donate unused artwork they no longer have space for—perfect for those moving, renovating, or decluttering. Art donation bins will be available February 1–March 30 at ten Calgary Co-op locations: Macleod, Brentwood, Forest Lawn, Richmond Road, Dalhousie, Oakridge, Shawnessy, Crowfoot, West Springs, and Auburn Bay. Large donations can be arranged by emailing rotaryartsale@gmail.com.
All donated pieces will be sold at the Second Chance Art Sale on April 17–18, 2026, at the Acadia Recreation Complex, featuring 1,500+ pieces of art. A small selection of fine art will be priced over $100, with the majority priced well below that—making art accessible for all.
Funds raised support Rotary initiatives such as SAIT scholarships, Calgary Poppy Fund, Green Calgary, Alcove Addiction Recovery for Women, Bridge Foundation for Youth, and Habitat for Humanity Guatemala, helping bring hope, support, and opportunity to those who need it most.
