4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
Optional Toppings
Honey or Cal & Gary's Maple Syrup
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Crushed nuts (pistachios or pecans)
Balsamic Glaze
Fresh mint leaves
How to make it
Preheat the grill to medium-high
Brush the cut side of each peach half with olive oil or melted butter
Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until the fruit begins to soften slightly.
Flip and grill the skin side for another 2-3 minutes if you prefer them softer.
Remove from grill, serve warm. Top with optional toppings and enjoy!
