Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce Glazed Thick Cut Pork Chop
4 frenched pork loin rib end chops
1 cup Cal & Gary’s Dijon Mustard
¼ cup honey
¼ cup light brown sugar
½ cup Founders & Founders apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp Founders & Founders cayenne (optional)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Founders & Founders garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. In a bowl combine the mustard, honey, brown sugar, cider vinegar, cayenne (optional), Worcestershire and garlic powder. Set aside for basting later.
3.Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place the pork onto the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until pork reaches 145°F. In the last 2 minutes of cooking baste the pork with the mustard sauce and reserve the rest for the table.
4. Remove the pork from the grill and serve with the mustard sauce and your favorite sides for a BBQ!
