We’re proud to offer traditional holiday staples like Winter’s Turkeys, spiral-cut hams for easy carving, delicious prime rib roasts, and local Hutterite chickens—all excellent options for the big meal, and all 100% local Albertan meat. Beyond dinner, we also offer great brunch-friendly items like local breakfast sausage as well as lox and gravlax—perfect for appetizers and entertaining, served with bagels and cream cheese.

Having a get-together and not sure what to serve? We have you covered. Order Ahead

For those in search of something big and special, we offer pre-order products like turducken, lamb (racks, chops, and legs), pork crown roasts, and other customizable cuts of all your favourite meats. Just call our store and request it from the meat department, and it’ll be expert-cut and ready for you to pick up next time you’re in-store.
