On June 1, we’re heading out on a virtual cross-Canada culinary road trip —and you’re invited to come along! In the month leading up to Canada Day, we’ll be celebrating the growers, producers, ingredients and techniques that make Canadian cuisine so unique.
From lobster rolls to saskatoon pie, we’re dishing up recipes every day to add to your repertoire, and to help celebrate Canada’s 150th and the arrival of summer. So gas up (Calgary Co-op gas stations have Canadian-sourced gas and auto fluids), grab some road snacks —bags of Old Dutch Chips, Spitz Sunflower Seeds, Nutty Club candies, Maltesers and Hawkins Cheeses, put on the cruise control and join us as we eat our way to Canada Day!
