  • 15 oz canned whole tomatoes
  • 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • ½ - 1 tsp. cayenne (to taste)
  • 1 lbs. shrimp
  • 1 ½ cup uncooked white rice
  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

How to Make It
