Ingredients

  • 1 Cal & Gary’s Rutabaga steamer bag
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. shallot, minced
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper

How to Make It

1.

Place rutabaga in the microwave and cook for 5-8 minutes until tender.

2.

In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, dill, shallots and mustard.

3.

Season with salt and a good amount of pepper.

4.

Carefully remove the rutabaga from the microwave and let cool slightly

5.

Toss in sour cream-dill dressing.

6.

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
