Pork Fingers with Honey Mustard

Ingredients

  • 4 Greenfield boneless centre loin pork chops
  • 12 - 16 bacon strips
  • canola oil, for cooking
  • 3 Tbsp. yellow or grainy mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • pinch red chili flakes or 2 tsp chili oil

How to Make It

1.

Cut the pork chops lengthwise into 3-4 strips.

Wrap a piece of bacon around each one, spiralling along the length of it to wrap it entirely.

Set a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil and cook the bacon wrapped pork strips without crowding the pan, turning them as they brown.

Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the pork is cooked through.

5.

Meanwhile, stir the mustard, honey and chili flakes or oil together to serve alongside for dipping.
