Ingredients

  • 1 Cal & Gary’s Cauliflower steamer bag
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup parmesan, grated
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup + ½ tsp. Cloudy Apple Cider
  • ½ tsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chives, sliced
  • salt & pepper

How to Make It

1.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

2.

In a bowl combine the parmesan and breadcrumbs.

3.

Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil and 2 tbsp cider.

4.

Add the parmesan-breadcrumb and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Place the cauliflower onto a parchment line sheet pan.

6.

Any leftover breadcrumb sprinkle over the cauliflower.

7.

Place into oven and roast for 25-30 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and the parmesan-crumb is golden brown.

8.

Remove from the oven, place onto a platter.

9.

Combine ¼ tsp cider and cider vinegar.

10.

Sprinkle cider-vinegar across the cauliflower and garnish with the sliced chives.
