Jalapeño Sausage Hoagies

Ingredients

  • 4 Spolumbo’s jalapeño sausages
  • 1 - 2 red, orange or yellow peppers, seeded and sliced
  • canola oil, for cooking
  • grainy mustard
  • hot dog or hoagie buns

How to Make It

1.

Set a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil and cook the sausage until the casing splits and it’s cooked through.

2.

Set aside and cook the peppers in the same pan, with a little more oil if needed, until soft and starting to char on the edges.

3.

Serve the sausages in the buns, topped with peppers and mustard.
