Ham & Pineapple Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen pizza dough
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce or passata (tomato purée)
  • 1/2 cup diced Grimm’s ham
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh pineapple
  • 2 - 3 cups grated mozzarella

How to Make It

1.

Preheat the oven to 450˚F.

Divide the dough in half and on a parchment-lined baking sheet (or two), pat or roll each into a thin circle, oval or rectangle, leaving the dough a bit thicker around the edge.

3.

Spread with tomato sauce and top with ham, pineapple and mozzarella.

4.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

5.

Slide onto cutting boards and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
