This is the recipe that everyone at the party will be asking you for.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a medium-sized sauté pan over medium heat, heat a splash of olive oil.
Add onion, garlic, jalapeño and ginger and season lightly with salt. When the onions become translucent, add vinegar and white wine; cook until reduced and remove from heat.
In the work bowl of a food processor, purée the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice and zest and green onions.
Transfer to a large bowl and gently mix in the seafood and sautéed mixture. Transfer to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, butter and spices.
Sprinkle the crumbs over the mix and bake in oven until hot, and crust has crisped and lightly browned, approximately 15 minutes.
