Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients and shake well.
Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and coconut whipped cream (optional).
Spiced Coconut Milk:
Heat all ingredients to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce to low and simmer for 30 mins.
Strain and cool prior to use.
Refrigerate for up to 7 days.
