Ingredients

  • 1 Cal & Gary's Brussel Sprouts steamer bag
  • 3 oz Chorizo Sausage, small diced
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • salt & pepper

How to Make It

1.

Cut the brussel sprouts in half.

In a bowl, combine the oil, paprika and garlic. Now toss the brussel sprouts and the chorizo with the garlic-oil.

MICROWAVE

Place the marinate and the brussel sprouts back into the bag and microwave for 4-8 minutes until tender.

Carefully remove the vegetables from the package onto a platter. Season with salt & pepper and garnish with chopped parsley.

OVEN

5.

Pre heat oven to 400°F.

Spread the brussel sprouts (cut side down) and marinade onto a parchment lined sheet pan.

7.

Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes until brussel sprouts have color and are tender.

8.

Season the sprouts with salt and pepper and then place onto a serving platter.

9.

Garnish with the parsley.
