Preheat oven on broil setting.

Place water in a large pot over high heat, bring to a boil and cook tortellini for 1 minute less then recommended on the package.

While water is coming up to a boil, combine ricotta, oregano, basil, chives and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

In a medium pot warm tomato sauce.

Strain tortellini, then toss tortellini in tomato sauce and place in a casserole dish. Place dollops of the ricotta mix across the pasta and then top with cheese.
6.
Place pasta into oven and cook until golden brown on top, about 2-3 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
