Preheat oven to 450°F
Toss potato wedges with 3 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Place on a parchment lined baking pan and put into oven. Roast until golden brown and fluffy on the inside, about 20 minutes.
In a large sauté pan add 3 tbsp of oil and heat on high until hot. Add the sliced beef and cook until cooked through. Add Worcestershire sauce, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In another sauté pan add 3 tbsp of oil and heat on high until hot. Add peppers and onions and cook until they start to color and are nice and soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Open up hoagies and place on a sheet pan. Add sliced meat, followed by onions, peppers and top with provolone cheese. Place in oven to melt cheese.
Serve with roasted potatoes and your favorite steak sauce or hot sauce.
