1.
Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread slices.
2.
Place a slice of bread in the bush-pie pan and top with half of the cheese.
3.
Add the remaining ingredients and the last of the cheese.
4.
Top with the other slice of bread and close the bush- pie pan.
5.
Place the bush-pie pan 6 inches above the hot coals of the campfire for about 5–7 minutes per side or until golden brown.
6.
After both sides are browned remove from heat and carefully slide out of the pan.
7.
Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before eating.
