In a small dish, combine 3 Tbsp of honey, half the soy sauce and sesame oil, one clove of garlic and a pinch of chili flakes. Preheat the grill to medium-high, brush the kebabs with the marinade and grill for about 10 minutes, turning often, just until cooked through. (Alternatively, roast on a baking sheet in a preheated 450˚F oven for about 15 minutes.) Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
In another small dish, combine the peanut butter, rice vinegar or lime juice, the remaining honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and chili flakes. Serve with the chicken kebabs, for dipping.
