Place ¼ cup of olive oil into a frying pan and add the garlic and chili.
Heat over medium heat until the garlic starts to brown.
Now add the add the sweet potato spaghetti and cook until “al dente”.
About 2-3 minutes, making sure to toss and evenly heat the noodles.
Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Place the spaghetti on a serving platter and top with grated parmesan.
