Preheat your grill to medium-high and grill the kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning often, just until cooked through. (Alternatively, roast on a baking sheet in a preheated 450˚F oven for about 15 minutes.)
Combine the grated cucumber, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and a big pinch of salt. Spoon some coleslaw (if you like) onto each whole or split pita and top with a grilled chicken skewer and some tzatziki.
