Sprinkle the ribs generously with the dry rub, and cut into pieces that will fit in your slow cooker. Stack in the slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When they’re finished, place on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet and brush with sauce. Run under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
