Cook as many Only Alberta Beef burger patties as you like on the grill or in a heavy skillet set over medium-high heat; they’ll require 4-5 minutes per side, covered to help them cook through. Remove from the heat and tuck inside a large folded tortilla, or between two small ones, with grated cheese, salsa, green onions and any other taco fillings you like. Cook in a drizzle of oil in a hot skillet, turning until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese has melted. Top with sour cream, if you like.
