Skill Level:

Heat milk, pumpkin puree, honey and pumpkin pie spice in a large saucepan on medium low heat for about five minutes, stirring often, until everything is combined and hot (but not boiling).

Whisk milk mixture vigorously until it is foamy, about one minute.
3.
Pour espresso into two large mugs and add foamed milk.
4.
Spoon whipped cream over top. Drizzle with caramel topping, if using.
