Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk (cow, soy, nut, etc.)
  • brown sugar, honey or maple syrup to taste

How to Make It

1.

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3.

In the morning, add a sprinkle of nuts, seeds, fresh fruit or granola, and off you go! Excellent hot or cold.
