Combine cream cheese and Old El Paso™ seasoning in a small bowl.
Thinly and evenly spread the spiced cream cheese on a plate. Spread salsa evenly over cream cheese mixture.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cilantro, red onion and shrimp. Sprinkle evenly over salsa layer.
Top shrimp layer with an even sprinkling of romaine and grated white cheddar cheese. Dot with avocado cubes.
Cut Old El Paso tortillas into desired size pieces and toss with olive oil to coat lightly. Bake at 350˚ F for 8 - 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and serve with dip.
