  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, dried
  • 1 Envy or Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 tsp five spice blend
  • 8 cups (2 litres) dried bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sage
  • 2 tbsp parsley

How to Make It

  9. Bake the stuffing in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, until the stuffing has browned on top, but is still moist inside.
