Set a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil and cook thinly sliced onions for about 15 minutes, stirring until soft and deep golden.

Remove from the pan, add another drizzle of oil and cook Montreal steak spice Only Alberta Beef chuck patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.
3.
Transfer to buns and top with the caramelized onions and some crumbled goat cheese, along with a sprinkle of chopped parsley or baby spinach.
