  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 bag Cal &Gary’s Jalapeno White Cheddar kettle cooked popcorn
  • 1 hothouse tomato (sliced into 8 thin slices)
  • 1 cup Founders & Farmers rortilla chips (crushed)
  • 4 Cal & Gary's sliced jalapenos
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package Cal & Gary's guacamole
  • salt & pepper
  • Taco style mayonnaise:
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (store bought)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

How to Make It

1.

Preheat grill on medium high heat.

2.

Grill jalapenos until charred on all sides, slice and set aside in a bowl.

3.

Mix taco seasoning and mayo in a bowl until well combined, set aside in fridge until ready for use.

4.

Grill burgers approximately 2-3 minutes per side for a medium-rare burger, or until 160°F for well done.

5.

Once flipped add cheese on top and close grill so cheese melts.

6.

Toast burger buns on the grill until grill marks appear, approx. one minute per side.

7.

To assemble burger spread mayonnaise on top and bottom bun, place burger on bottom bun and top with a dollop of guacamole, then add two slices of tomatoes and a couple slices of jalapeno. To finish top with crushed tortilla chips and top bun.

8.

Serve with a side of Cal & Gary’s White Cheddar Jalapeno kettle cooked popcorn.
