Preheat oven to 450°F.
**Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼” to ½” with some flour to your desired shape. **
Mix together 1 tbsp white sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon.
Sprinkle onto the crust and place the pizza skin in the oven and cook for 8-12 minutes. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
In a large sauté pan heat butter and brown sugar. Cook on medium heat until brown sugar melts and add the apples. Cook until the apples are tender and caramelized. Remove from the pan and let cool.
In a small bowl make the crumble, combine the 1 tbsp white sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon, pecans and almonds.
To build the dessert pizza, place the apples onto the crust, now drizzle with the maple syrup and then sprinkle with the crumble.
Cut and serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
