Korean Flank Steak Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 1/2 - 1 lb Only Alberta Beef Korean marinated flank steak
  • butter lettuce
  • grated carrots
  • julienned cucumber
  • chopped cilantro and/or green onion
  • sesame seeds
  • canola or vegetable oil, for cooking
  • Sriracha

How to Make It

1.

Thinly slice the steak, heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet set over medium-high heat and sauté the meat for 3-4 minutes, or until just cooked through.

2.

Serve the steak strips in lettuce leaves, topped with grated carrot, cucumber, cilantro, green onion, sesame seeds and/or Sriracha.
