Cookies to keep you going through the day.
In a large bowl, stir together 1 cup each oats and all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup Holy Crap cereal or ground flaxseed, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt.
In another bowl, mash together 2 very ripe bananas, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup canola oil, 2 large eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.
Stir in 1/2 cup raisins (or other dried fruit) and ½ cup chopped walnuts, pecans or other nuts or seeds.
Let the batter sit for 20 minutes, then drop large spoonfuls (an ice-cream scoop is ideal) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350˚F for 15 minutes, or until golden and springy to the touch.
