  • 1 lb ground pork (or pork loin, cut into 1-inch strips)
  • olive oil, as needed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • lettuce leaves (romaine or butter)

How to Make It

In a large, heavy skillet heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat and sauté a small chopped onion and red pepper until soft.
