Peel Shrimp and set aside for later.
Generously season steak with salt and pepper. Place steak on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare. Steak should reach 48°C with a thermometer. When steaks are ready, place on a rack and let rest for about 10 minutes in a warm place.
In a sauté pan over medium heat add the butter and melt. Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute per side. Add the garlic to the edge of the pan and cook through. Toss shrimp with cooked garlic. Finish with parsley, salt and pepper. Remove from pan and let cool.
Toss kale blend with half of the Caesar dressing, croutons and parmesan. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Add more dressing if desired.
Place steak on plate, add a handful of Kale Caesar salad and top with shrimp.
