Preheat grill to high.
Place all dressing ingredients into a blender and blitz on high for 1 minute. Set aside.
Place halloumi slices on hot grill and barbecue each side until dark grill marks appear, about 1 minute per side. Place on a cutting board and cut into strips.
Add to a medium size mixing bowl with remaining salad ingredients and stir gently to combine.
Dress with desired amount of dressing and serve.
