Preheat grill to medium-high.

In a blender, combine the cilantro, red onion, lime zest, juice of 1 lime, lager, jalapeno (1 or 2 depending on preference), garlic and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl toss chicken with ¾ of the cilantro-lime marinade and reserve the remaining sauce.
4.
Toss the corn with 1 tbsp oil, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne (optional) and salt.
5.
Place chicken and the corn onto the grill. Cook the chicken for a total of 12-15 minutes until it reaches 165°F.
6.
Cook the corn for 7-10 minutes. For both the corn and the chicken, make sure to flip and rotate for even cooking.
7.
Remove the chicken and the corn from the grill and brush the chicken with the remaining cilantro-lime sauce.
8.
Cut avocados in half and remove the seed and skin. Slice and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Enjoy the cilantro-lime chicken, fresh sliced avocado and grilled corn with a nice cold lager!
