Preheat grill on medium to medium-high.
In a pot combine balsamic vinegar and sugar. Put on medium-low heat until reduced to a glaze. About 8-10 minutes.
Toss the beef kabobs with soy sauce and season with pepper.
Place all the kabobs onto the grill. Cook the beef kabobs for about 7-8 minutes and the fruit kabobs for 3-4 minutes until they get nice grill marks. Make sure to rotate the kabobs so they cook evenly.
Remove the kabobs from the grill, drizzle with the balsamic reduction and sprinkle with fresh basil. Enjoy!
