Goat cheese, roasted pepper and olive spread

Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned roasted red peppers
  • 1.5 cups Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 cup Crème Fraiche
  • 1/2 cup Pitted mixed olives, roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 16 leaves Paradise Hill Basil

How to Make It

1.

Roasted red peppers on BBQ or you can also use canned roasted red peppers.

2.

In a food processor, add goat cheese, roasted red pepper, roasted garlic, onion powder and crème fraiche.

3.

Blend until smooth – 5 to 10 seconds.

4.

Add olives and blend for 3 to 5 seconds

Add Panko or bread crumbs and blend for another 3 to 5 seconds

6.

Add basil leaves and blend for for 3 to 5 seconds.

7.

Transfer to your favourite travel container
